If you are taking regular medication, your doctor may give you a repeat prescription slip and you can order repeat prescriptions in the following ways:
- Place the repeat prescription slip in the box in the porch
- Order your prescription directly through your local pharmacy
- Post your request to the surgery
- Order online via this website. You will need to be registered for Patient Access to use this method.
Please allow 2 working days (48 hours) before collection which can be made on weekdays from 8.00am to 6.30pm.
To register for Patient Access:
Call in at the surgery and ask the Receptionist who will print out a "Registration Letter" with details of how to register from home. The instructions are easy to follow. For data security reasons, the receptionist will ask to see a form of personal identification e.g. passport or driving licence.
You can pick up your prescription from the Surgery or you can request that it is sent to one of the the following pharmacies and you can pick up medication directly. If you want the prescription to be posted to you, please enclose a stamped, addressed envelope to your request slip.
To avoid errors, the receptionists are not permitted to accept telephone requests. You will be contacted by Priory Avenue staff if the prescription cannot be fulfilled.
