Repeat Prescriptions

If you are taking regular medication, your doctor may give you a repeat prescription slip.

You can order repeat prescriptions the following ways:

• Place the repeat prescription slip in the box in the porch
• Order your prescription directly through your local pharmacy
• Post your request to the surgery
• Order online via this website

Please allow 3 working days (72 hours) before collection which can be made on weekdays from 8.00am to 6.30pm.

If you wish the prescription to be sent to you, attach a stamped, addressed envelope to your slip. To avoid errors, the receptionists are not permitted to accept telephone requests.

Online ordering for more than one person

If you share an email address and would like to use it for multiple people within your household it is no problems.  Watch this video (no sound) which will show you how to do it
 

Prescriptions Charges and Exemptions

Extensive exemption and remission arrangements protect those likely to have difficulty in paying charges (NHS prescription and dental charges, optical and hospital travel costs).
